Hand made Tile and Bricks from Kerala

Made in Kerala Tiles and Brick of mud and Laterite stone are in huge demand for buildings worldwide for its environment friendly features and durability. The tiles are made from special clay found in paddy fields. They are processed, shaped in moulds and fire burnt in Kilns and then dried. They are having brown colour which is natural of the clay. Laterite stones are hand cut from quarries and then shaped to smooth bricks. They are hard and have pores for air circulation and keeps the building cool naturally. Traditional Kerala homes are made of Laterite stones.
