Several beautiful handicrafts are manufactured in Kerala from Coconut tree and its parts like Coconut shell, flowers, leaves, trunk etc. Coconut shell is hard and is painted to make Lamp shades, Spoons, Cups, Flower vases, Toys and other Curio objects. It is a must carry back momento from Kerala
