Inji Puli of Kerala a sweet and sour delight for your taste buds


Puli Inji is another typical Kerala dish which is a tangy sweet and sour recipe. Made from Ginger, Tamarind, green chili, onion, mustard and jaggery which gives it a unique taste. Eaten along with traditional Rice course "Sadya". Puli Inji or Inji Puli is good for digestion. Best way to consume Ginger which is good for heart and stomach.
