Coir is a environment friendly product from Coconut tree preferred by all over the world. It is 100% natural and bio degradable. The fibers are extracted by simple methods in villages and the coir is used for several applications. Coir ropes of various sizes are used from tying to tame wild elephants. The big Coir ropes called "Aalasu Kayaru" are used to haul wild elephants and pulling heavy weight.
