Kerala Art Forms Kalaripayattu

Kalaripayattu is a Kerala Martial art form. The fighters don traditional Kerala costumes and wield a sword and shield. They show remarkable flexibility of their body and jump and fly past each other before landing on sand filled fighting rings.
